Early Day Motion

An Early Day Motion about upstream reform of the EU Emissions Trading System has been drafted:

We plan to seek a sponsor for the EDM and to circulate MPs with information about the proposals and asking them to sign the EDM.

• Andrew George (Sponsor of EDM 712 10-11: Renewable heat).
• Charles Kennedy (Sponsor of EDM 699 10-11: Offshore wind infrastructure competition).
  
• John McDonnell (Sponsor of EDM 853 10-11: Action on climate change).
• Alan Meale (Sponsor of EDM 690 10-11: Energy security and green economy bill).
